No night time 3GB data

On 23-11-2013 i received an sms on my computer.
BELIEVE it! We're giving you 3GB EXTRA data each month FREE, on your existing 2GB data package. The extra 3GB is for use between 12am and 6am. My 2Gb data pakage started in October. the number is 0610576128.I have phoned Cell C twice and been given reference numbers but still no feedback and NO DATA.
