BELIEVE IT!!! - You cant!!!

I got a SMS from Cell C on the 26/11/2013, BELIEVE it!!! We're giving you 3GB EXTRA data each month FREE, on your existing 2GB data package. The extra 3GB is for use between 12am and 6am. T&CS apply Cell C..I Phoned them to confirm the T&CS. they did confirm for me on the 1st off Dec i will receive this special offer.on the 3rd Des i decide I'm going to try this and stood up at 2.05 for my baby and started to download, when i wake up just after 5 again in the morning i switch it off. Then during the day i check my data left for the month and they use my normal 2GB i have during the day.now i believe everybody can make mistakes so i phoned then and took them on on it. 1st the guy say that i don't qualify for it, then i said to him a did confirm after i received the sms with the call centre and i do qualify, then he came back to me and say sorry i do Qualify for it. i locked the query and they say 48 hours then it will be sorted. from the 4/12 till 17/12 i phoned 4 or 5 times i have 3 ref num and one time i phoned they didn't even gave me a ref num: 1st - 3120400845, 2nd - 31213002158, 3rd - 3121702241, and every time they say they are giving it to Escalation, still waiting
