Free giganite data promotion

I wasn't aware that cell c is giving free giganite data to postpaid and topup customers from the 1st October 2013 till January 2014. I only realised this after i received this sms from cell c on the 23rd Nov 2013 [BELIEVE it! We're giving you 3GB EXTRA data each month FREE, on your existing 2GB data package. The extra 3GB is for use between 12am and 6am. T&CS apply. Cell C] I am on the 2 GB postpaid package and from what i have read on this website [URL Removed] i was supposed to get 3GB giganite from october till jan 2014. It is now December and i am yet to receive the free 3gig Giganite they are talking about. So i just want to find out why i haven't been getting the 3gig giganite. Is it only for a few selected customers? If so then why send me the sms while knowing that you won't be giving me the data? I also called the customer service after receiving the sms and the lady i talked to told me il get the data from the 1st december which stil doesnt make sense cos i read that this promotion started from the 1st oct.
