Where is our Cell C data?

Purchased an iPad from the iStore in Clearwater Mall. With the purchase we received a 6 month Cell C voucher and sim which was supposed to give us 1GB of data a month. We received the data in October but not the full amount and then received the data in November. We have not received the data for December. I have queried it with the iStore who are completely clueless however the sales consultant mentioned that there had been other complaints about this. Of course, they can do nothing even though we bought the iPad from them. Also I am not convinced that it is 1GB of data a month as the data is used up far quicker than when we bought a gig of data. I feel a bit ripped off by Cell C and am surprised that Apple have associated themselves with a deal that is obviously not very good. Not a great ad for Cell C I must say.
