Best fixed broadband service provider in SA - LMHO

I wonder who this survey was sent to.?! I went into Clearwater mall to request to have an ADSL line installed on 08 December. Having my doubts I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response sms's to confirm my request, an appointment booking for that very same Monday which I had to re-schedule for Tuesday. WOW I thought, by 11th my line was in and worked for a WHOLE DAY! on the 12th December 2013 I logged a fault... today is 28th January 2014... 3 or maybe 4 reference numbers later (cause the first two were thumb sucked) ; R700 later to buy a phn to check if I am just too dumb to configure the modem plus a bill from Telkom for 2 months for just over R800 for something I was able to use for 2 days??!!!..and this line is still not working. Ironic thing is that I expected this type of service from the beginning guess it was just a delayed reaction.
