I've applied for a contract phone online, when the driver was here yesterday to deliver we find out my other name was spelled incorrectly and the driver left with the phone and said I should phone MTN to correct which I did and Reney from sales said she will come back to me till today, I phoned this morning to cancell the contract and unport my sim card Nosipho said she will ask Reney to call me back and I'm still waiting and the other thing they did port my sim card on the 30th of December, so the sim card that I have is not working, I had to buy new sim card and use a new number. So can you please help me that they can cancell the contract and unport my sim card.
