Incorrectly debited

Hi there,
I made an enquiry with Virgin mobile about an incorrect line item on my account. I received a debit note for excessive usage adjustment. I was told that this would be corrected but I still ended being debited the incorrect amount. I know its a small amount, but in principle I wont be overcharged for something like this.
Please can it be corrected.
