After 8 months... still NO joy!

I have been battling with Virgin Mobile for the past eight months to put me on the correct contract after their incompetent staff put me on the incorrect package. I have been in store on various occasions, and after this weekend they even know me by name!
In August they eventually corrected their mistake, but there was a extra R100 deduction off my bank account (because they see it that I have done a upgrade).
I went on my statement and see there is for the month of September an adjustment of over R2500!! Really, what is going on with these people!!
In store they cant tell me what it is for, someone will contact me, well guess what I'm still waiting!

I'm really fed up with all the soppy stories, and I want to cancel my contract, and do not expect me to pay in, bacause Virgin Mobile has been from me for the past 8 soon 9 months!
