Incorrect billing

I received my account from Virgin Mobile, and have once again noticed I have been charged more than I should. I have stayed within my allocated units, etc, but have been charged additional amounts. My call rates to other Virgin Mobile users has not been corrected, even though I emailed requesting this to be looked at. This account has been more of a headache than anything, can not wait for the contract period to end. I would appreciate it if someone could look into my account and rectify the above queries before the direct debit is taken.
