No Response or answers on unexplained charges

After numerous phone calls, branch visits emails I still have no response with regards to my Virgin Mobile account.

There are unexplained charges, debits going off on unscheduled times (two debits of R500 each going of on one day before my debit date of the 01.02.2014).

There was just nearly R7000 debited from my bank.

I emailed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] on the 21.01.2014 and had no response.

Accounts are easy. You get an invoice for the service rendered and they debit you on the date that you have agreed on.

But my statement shows "Excessive usage adjustment" charges of nearly a thousand rand. Debits amounts go off in the middle of the month. BIS services are only removed A YEAR after I've cancelled it.

The list goes on and on and on and no-one is giving me answers!

This account needs to be completely audited and recalculated.

I will have to contact the Consumer Protection Act as this is absolute.

DON'T GET A VIRGIN MOBILE ACCOUNT. Counting the amount of posts on Hello Peter, this is no isolated incident.

I want to cancel all 4 contracts I have, but apparently even then you are debited.
