Wrong amount debited from my prepaid account

I have an existing debit order arrangement with Virgin Mobile for R100.00 per month. This amount is taken off my account and airtime loaded thereafter, usually after 5 to 7 days.

My account was incorrectly debited for the amount of R230.54, a figure that seems to be a thumbsuck by Virgin mobile.

Is this company experiencing cash flow problems? Is this a quick scheme to refinance the company free of charge and courtesy of Virgin's customers? I was told that the returned would reflect adversely on my credit report. Let them TRY!!!
