Just received an sms that i used 413mb of data in December. Bull!!

I allegedly used more than 300mb in November, so I kept a close eye on my available balance last month.

You'll see on my bill that I used the *111# command a number of times and not ONCE was I over the limit.

I don't believe that I had available data until the 30/31st and then suddenly i used everything up and then some. I want a proper recon of my data usage. And then obviously your balance checking system doesn't work either.

Is this a ploy to get people to buy your hideously overpriced data bundles???
