Upgrade not cancelled yet

I am fed up with Autopage. I have been requesting that my upgrade be cancelled since last year November / December 2013. They collected the phone at end of November 2013 and I requested that the upgrade be cancelled as I was porting my number to Vodacom on 28 January 2014. I keep calling the call centre and every time I speak to someone they say "Don't worry, you will be receiving an sms within the next 24 hours to say that your upgrade has been cancelled". No sms has been received.

I spoke to Dyne on 3 Jan 2014, he said that Nikki Meyer was out till 2 but would do it when he gets back and I would receive an sms. No sms again.
Today I have rung again, spoke to Bianca who said that she was putting me through to her Manager and then proceeded to hang up on me. I had to call again and this time was told that you can't speak to any Managers as they do not take any calls.
All I want is my upgrade cancelled, my number is being ported to Vodacom on 28 January 2014 and I do not want any hassles with the change over. I will never recommend Autopage to anyone. I have been a client for 12 yrs. It is disgusting.
Maybe they only understand if a legal representative gets involved.
