Cancellation of contract

I cancelled my contract end of November 2013 with reference number 1312052557312 but im still being charged in january 2014. i called to ask why this was processed yet again but the consultant was just rude stating that i clearly dont understand how it works i have to wait for i dont know how long for them to cancel and i will probably be charged again in february. I just called agin now and my transaction was not processed.
I am sick and tired of RMCS screwing me around sending me from pillar to post i want this resolved immediately as i do not want this contract anymore!!!
