Cell C Contract - 2 upgrades within 11 months???

Good day. I have a 2 year contract with Cell C. I am due for an upgrade beginning March. According to Cell C Direct (084 145) I am only due for an upgrade 3 Feb 2014. My last upgrade was done in June 2011 which I have a delivery note stating that the phone (Nokia E72) was delivered to me 8 June which I have signed for. Last week I went to a Cell C Franchise store to query my upgrade and according to their system there was also an upgrade done in May 2012 which I am not aware off. I have asked them for what phone was the upgrade in May and the lady in the shop told me that there is no phone link on their system to the May upgrade. How is it possilble to do a upgrade within 11 months. A complaint has been locked with Cell C direct and i have been given a Ref nr and they have assured be that the problem would be resolved within 7 working days. I have phone again on Wednesday 27/2 and received another ref nr and still no one has come back to me resolving the problem of two upgrades in 2 years.
