I took my phone in for repairs on the 4th of Decembe

I bought a phone on contract at mtn on the 6th of November. On the 1st of december i woke up and my phone wasnt working. I took it in for repairs on the 4th of december at their store in khayelitsha mall in cape town. They said it will take 3-5 working days to fix my phone but up until today i havent got my blackberry q5 its almost 3 weeks now and i dont have a phone im missing out on soo many things and they will deduct money on my account while im not even using the phone! Its still with them and they not giving me any response or apologies nor explanations for keeping it this long!
