I was called on the 13 December with regards to an upgrade of my Vodacom Contract, which I agreed to. I was promised that the phone would be delivered within 2 working days.By the following Friday, 20 December, the phone was still not delivered. I called in and spoke with Ryan who promised that the phone would be delivered by 12:00 today, 23 December. I called in today only to be told by Andiswa that the phone was returned to the warehouse and there was NO WAY that the phone would be delivered. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told that he would call me back. 3 hours later and still no call... phone. I called back and was told that he is busy.
I need a phone urgently- otherwise I would not have ordered telephonically to be delivered. I was told if I cancel this phone I would only be able to go instore in 2 working days to purchase a new handset.
I need a response urgently.
