Shocking service - or complete lack of it

Service from Vodacom is yet again found completely lacking. I called about not receiving additional data (500mb a month for 24 months on the iPhone 5s) that I should have been getting on my contract, as is clearly stated on the website. I contacted the call centre on 20 December 2013, after which I received a reference number via sms and was told that I would be contacted within 24 hours. It has now been 18 days, I have phoned them again on 2 separate occasions, and was promised that I would be contacted by the correct department. I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and have received such appalling service in the last 2 months that I am seriously considering cancelling my contract.
