PATHETIC Support from Cell C when problems occu

I bought a 2 Gig per month (for 12 months) prepaid data contract from Cell C at the end of October 2012. All went well during November and December, but in January the Cell C website advised that i had used 294 Meg of data and have nothing left. Clearly a further 1.7 Gig of data was still due to me. On Tuesday 8 Jan 2013 i contacted their call centre to correct the issue. The lady could not help and advised that she would log a ticket which MAY get attention in the next 72 hours - needless to say this is unacceptable. She supplied me with a reference number for the call, i followed this up with a mail on the services website requesting urgent help. On Wednesday 9 Jan i followed up with the call centre - no record existed of my complaint! I was then put on hold and the line was cut 5 min later. I wrote another mail on the services website tool. On Thursday and on Friday i wrote 2 additional mails asking for assistance, still no contact. On Saturday 12 Jan i was finally contacted. They could not assist and had to escalate (I MAY get contacted in 48 hours). Still nothing 2.5days later. Not only do i not have any data connection for a week now, but it seems there is no will to resolve
