On the 30/12/2013, I purchased 1 gig data bundle and was activated, however only 400 Meg's were allocated. Despite numerous phone calls and promises of calling back, not once did Vodacom called me back. 20 days later they allotted my 1 gig. On the 1/1/2014 again I was charged for 1 gig and allocated only 400 Meg's. From the 1st I've been phoning Vodacom every day and promises that some one will cal me and resolve the problem. To date no one has called me and still do not have the 1 gig I'm being charged for. The absolute silence and total careless attitude is absolutely unacceptable from a company like Vodacom. Surely Vodacom shout honor their contracts and if there is a mistake they should rectify immediately. This absolutely unacceptable.
