Telecommunications

I have made numerous calls to MTN tel numbers and to their email address without obtaining any assistance.
I have been promised to be called back over the last week without anyone actually doing so.
I have a data contract that has run its course and that has come to an end. I wanted to cancel this contract and I have been trying to do so now for some weeks but there is no help from MTN call centers or on the web.
I have even phoned the head office to try and obtain some help and this has also not been of any use as the operators are not having any support from any of the staff at the head office. No body is available even at a senior level to answer
I was hoping to start a new contract but this is also impossible to obtain any help, and after my current experience I do not want to be associated with such a poorly run company.
Your company is extremely difficult to communicate with. The web site is the worst I have seen and does not help. I have also tried the Menlyn MTN shop and this is another shambles and I could not obtain any help there also.
I will only expect a call from the MTN CEO but I wonder if he is even interested.
