I cancelled or tried to cancel and no1 in this company knows how to do that, they say call head office and head office says go to a branch to cancel and branch says call head office to cancel. are you mental ill? no1 response to a call i have been promised a call back like months ago. for a product i was mis-sold and i decided to ride the contract out as this asswhipe says they cant do anything, so when the contract expired i called to cancel and as you know, no1 knows how to do that, now im handed over for, well they can sms me handed over stuff but cant call me to say im must pay because they know they wrong, not that they will call me now but for other people to see that its not worth taking anything with them. vodacom has the best product out there.
