MTN does not ever phone back on complaints

In March I phoned regarding my upgrade, I was off sick when they phoned my office for delivery of the phone, so I phoned back the week after to inquire about it, they would have asked the company doing the delivery to contact me. The week after I called and was told it was cancelled, I didn't cancel anything, so they would call me back to rectify, a week later I phoned again as no one called me, again was told it was cancelled. But the money has been deducting every month, when I phoned to enquire I was told the contract was renewed in March, but I never got my phone. Gomotso from the JHB head office would have phoned me three weeks ago, I even requested her Supervisor Mahidi to phone me. After three weeks of phone calls from my side, 2 emails requesting them to now cancel the contract without further deductions, I am still waiting for any reply, phone call, even a notification that the contract has been cancelled. I do realise I am only one person out of thousands using MTN, but if after numerous communications they cannot even get back to one person, how are they treating the rest of their clients. The service is pathetic, cause when you start complaining, they just ignore.
