A totally pathetic experience

I took a contract with this company about 8 months ago, everything has been going well until about 7 weeks ago when the phone starting giving me problems. I tried reporting the problem online but was never contacted by the company in the stipulated time frame. I then contacted their head office and was told that they will arrange for the phone to be picked up from my home. This never happened. I called in again and was promised that they will have the phone picked up in the next week, they were having problems with their courier company (this eventually ended up to be my problem). This time I waited for two weeks but still no courier company made the pickup neither did they call to say that they still have the problem. So now for the past 2 days i have called numerous times and spoke to many different people. Eventually I was told that Auto page does not pickup from a customers house. Then I asked to speak to someone senior in the company but was told that they all busy, I asked for the MD's number or his office and was told that he does not take calls from customers and that I should speak to Clinton who MAY be able to help. I do have name and times that I spoke to this company.
