Billing me twice for same numbe

Dear Telkom, I recently asked you to cancel my business line and revert it to a residential line. You moved the account but you failed to close the business account and now I am faced with double billing, a massive credit on the one and a deficit on the other (on the same number). I have been into your customer offices in Hillcrest SEVERAL times to rectify this and yet here I am looking at a SMS telling me my number has been suspended due to lack of payment. I noticed that my wife has been paying the account but Telkom failed to tell us the acc no. changed so we been paying into the old business account. Please transfer the credit from this account to the residential account, which is EXACTLY the same number, with immediate effect and CANCEL the business acc WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!! You may contact me for my ID number (supplied with report) as I do not have the accounts on hand. Also please lift the suspension with immediate effect at no cost to myself.
