End of Contract - Making it impossible to cancel

I called 8ta in August to find out when my contract was ending and when I could cancel, I have no need for the package anymore. They informed I could only call in from the 20th of August to cancel. I called in today to cancel and was told I now need to go into a store or email [Email Removed] neither of which I am interested in doing. I was told I could call and cancel, now there is a new story. I took up a contract I expect it to end on the cancellation date and not to be charged indefinitely month to month. I have emailed the address with no response to confirm that the cancellation can be processed. The call centre agent kept me on hold for 5 minutes while trying to get her manager, who then wasnt available. 8ta, I have had terrible service from you for too long now, I want to cancel my contract and I am doing it, by the rules, You are making it extremely difficult. You used to be a company I would recommend to friends - with your inability to provide quality data service and customer service - I wouldnt recommend you to my worst enemy.
