Logged a fault in November 2013 because line was not working. Was told that it was a problem with the router, got another router but still no connection. Nobody bothered after that to sort it out so we put in a request to cancel which they advised that it would be done. Got billed for December and called in again where they said another cancellation was to be put through and I would be credited. Nothing. Now I'm being told that this "credit" of R195.50 (Not the full amount due to me) will come off in February invoice? I HAVE NO SERVICE AND AM STILL BEING BILLED EVEN THOUGH I PUT THE CANCELLATION IN NOVEMBER? I didn't want to run to social media and gave Telkom the benefit of professional courtesy to give me back what is due and cancel this line. Clearly being nice about it has gotten me nowhere. Please sort out this line as this is breach of contract. I don't want credits, I would like a call regarding this because I'm tired of my calls being dropped after an hour of holding. I want my money back into my account and this line cancelled within the next 24 hours. Thank you.
