On the third of February 2013 I received an sms from MWEB telling me that my adsl 2Mb/s 8 was activated. When looking on my router I saw that they only activated an 1Mb line. Since then I have spent hours trying to get hold of someone to sort it out. After few weeks of no responce I cancelled the line and up to today its not been cancelled. Monday I got a phonecall from them telling me that they sent in the request to telkom on the same day. That evening I checked and by it was actived. Only problem now is my download speed is avg .2Mb/s and that for a unshaped 2Mb/s line. So now I am really of phoning in and holding on for 15 minutes to any department (before hanging up). This might be the worst service I have had from anyone in my life.
I just want what I ordered and will probably be billed for end of this month, or for the account to be cancelled with proof so that I can try another ISP. Can someone from Mweb please just sort me out so that I can get back to my clients.
