I have been having problems with my line for about two weeks now, it was upgraded to a 4mb line, which is amazing, but since then, my router just randomly desyncs, about 10 times or more in a row, where I get about 90 % packet loss, and I sit here for an hour watching my router desync and reconnect trying to keep a connection. I have tried various times to call Telkom to try and find out what the problem is, but I never get through to a consultant after more than 30 minutes holding the line, I have also tried their social media times on Twitter a few times, where they promise fast responses, but yet again, NOTHING.

My ISP is with MWEB but the line is Telkom, and the router desyncs with the line the whole time, so I believe this is where the problem, but of course I cant find out due to the lack of service.
