Terrible 3G Service

Logged a complaint last week Sunday and received calls from two people on Monday and both promised to come back to me the same day or the next. It is now the next Monday and still no feedback. Either the issue must be resolved urgently or you need to cancel my two contracts! I cannot work with something that only works 10% of the day. I am also not willing to pay for a 10% service! I would prefer the issue being resolved as this will assist hundreds of other people experiencing terrible Vodacom service in our area. The service is what you would expect somewhere in the bundu's and not in a residential area in Centurion!
