I need feedback from the Network Management division at Vodacom regarding very poor 3G and Signal reception in the Amberfield Valley, Rooihuiskraal North, Centurion, area. I was contacted by someone at Vodacom last week and was told that I will be updated shortly. I have not received any call-backs or feedback regarding this matter as yet! What is going on? When will the issue/problem be resolved? I was told that a new Vodacom tower will be erected in the area and it would be completed by March 2013. Where is the tower? When will it be erected?
