Vodacom obviously does not care!!

Two weeks later and I have still had nothing done about my complaint... No surprise there I guess

I have two Vodacom contracts, a cellphone contract and a 3G contract. Last year I complained about the terrible reception at my home. When I'm on a call the signal comes-and-goes and I get no 3G reception at all! I was told that there was a problem with the tower in my area and that my issue will be resolved soon. Well, a year later and I have had absolutely no improvement!! What a bunch of liars!!!
