No reaction on Notice of Termination

Cell number 0846070820 My account for April was R1213.39. mostly content services of R721.51. something my son, 12 years old unkmowingly entered into. We have been advised to call "stop opera' to cancill these charges. we did with no reaction.

20 June 2013 I paid the fee of R1086.59 to terminate the contract. Ref no ; 3062001479.
August 2013 - R1061.94
October 2013 -R1041.89

8 November 2013 I called 084140. The operator confirmed the termination of 20 June 2013. Stated that I will be refunded. Call reference 131108000033798.

The bill for November was R1061.94
The bill for December 2013 - R621.87 This was still for itemised billing, Cancellation fee of R423.62 (already paid in June) and call charges unknown to us.
No refund received to date.
