Contract upgraded without my concern

Around December 2013 if not the 19th was the 20th, I phoned Vodacom call centre to cancel my contract which has expired on the 16th December 2013. I spoke to the guy who told me that his name was Freddy and i told him that i wanted to end the contract and he tried to convince me to upgrade instead and i told him that i wasn't willing to upgrade. He told me that he was placing a quote on the system and if I still don't want to upgrade i can cancel the quote anytime.
After hanging the phone I received an sms saying that the order has been placed and I should expect the delivery soon. I phoned back same time an explained and I was told that I must wait for the delivery and reject it, and the contract will be automatically cancelled and I did that, I phoned the call centre again and only to find that I am now on the other contract type. I told them that I don't want to continue with Vodacom and they still don't cancel, Why am I being forced to be part of the Network that I don't wish to be anymore
The Freddy Guy gave me the number which is never available : 0711103958. I am feeling robbed.
The problem is Vodacom is still going to continue deducting money from my account
