Following my previous HellPeter complaint, my contract was finally cancelled on 4 December despite having sent a written cancellation on 1 November 2013.

Subsequently, from 1 to 4 December my contract was still active but I did not use the service.

Despite this, I received an outstanding bill pro rata for December 2013.

This is simply not acceptable. I require a letter/statement from 8ta indicating a zero balance owing.
