Incorrectly Cancelled Contract

So i sent through a cancellation of a contract that expired in August 2013 more than three times and they didnt cancel it. Called in a couple of times and eventually they said they attending to it. On Monday 28th October 2013, they cancelled a contract... BUT the incorrect one. Been calling since then to get the correct one cancelled and the my current contract made active. It's a week later and STILL not active and when I called in, the initial contract that was to be cancelled is STILL active. I am at wits end... and this is what you call SERVICE! To top it off, they debited their subscription on 1 November without a problem...
