I wanted to cancel my contract but vodacom pursued me not to cancel by giving me 500mb mahala and I agreed to continue with my contract. This was one of the worst decisions I have ever nade. After weeks on the phone to customer care, a visit to the Century City store and numerous emails for the past 3 months I have only received empty promises and terrible service while my account are being debited with thousands of rands for THEIR MISTAKE!!! To add to the insult one of the consultants recommend that I change my contract and add data when required by simply dialling 082111 but this is also bull as it cannot be done!!! Now I'm being told to go to a shop and buy airtime!!! During the week I have received an email from a senior consultant confirming that my previous contract has been reactivated and a recalculation of my account will be done but when I phoned customercare this morning my query is still pending!!! PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY TAKE CONTROL AND SORT THIS MESS OUT OR IS THIS TOO MUCH FOR A BIG CORPORATE LIKE VODACOM???
