On the 27 December I went into the Tygervalley Branch to query the amount of data that was used. They advised that they need to log a request and would get back to me the following Tuesday (31 December 2013). I decided to give them to the 2 due to the public holidays but did not get any reponse from them. I went there on yesterday (3 January 2014) and they advised the still dont have feedback. It cost me each time driving to the branch to get feedback from them and they do not even have the decency to give me a call to advising on the process and now they are threating to cut my service but they are the ones that need to give me feedback. How do they expect me to pay over R1000 for data and they cant tell me what it was used for.
