Useless service with call centre & mobile app

Since the 30/12/2013 my vodacom mobile app doesn't work, when you call the call centre they send you from one number to the next and no one wants to help you out or can help you out, so why have a call centre. I can only log into the online system, but I cant edit my details, so why have the function. You ask them to look into things and call you back, but no one does, bad service.

There are other issues as well, lets first see what happens from this, before moving onto the next issues...
