Lack of Service -Not even a Supervisor cares!

I have always been an MTN customer but when my contract ended I decided to give Cell C a go. Before purchasing my iPhone contract I checked online if I had coverage in my area (suburb) I also then checked with the consultant in the Greenstone branch if I would have coverage. Both times it reflected that I reside in an area that was suitable. HOWEVER when I'm at home I cannot have a single conversation as the signal is so bad. I reported the problem in early December to Cell C technical call centre, they advised it would be taken care of within 10 days and I would be called to confirm when boosters would be installed. Ref Number 1714678, On 9 Jan nothing had been done, I called again and was assured by the Supervisor Brendan Victor that he would email me with feedback- nothing to date!! I then called back again yesterday and the consultant advised that nothing had been actioned and she would email the supervisor Brendan to get back to me. Once again NO FEEDBACK. I have stressed over and over again what is the point of having this contract when I cannot even use my phone at home. Cell C was very quick to sign me up and take my money but don't deliver and dont give feedback! Disgusting
