54 days and still no feedback on a claim

I emailed the Bonitas [Email Removed] on 5 December 2012, asking them to give me the information regarding the process to follow when submitting claims. They emailed me the details on 11 December 2012 (after a week). On 24December 2012 I sent through the claims via email [Email Removed] I did not receive any feedback.

I sent the claims again on 8 January 2013 [Email Removed] I did not receive any feedback.

I then decided to follow an alternative route and I faxed it to them on 18 January 2013 (011 758 7760). I received a report telling me that it was delivered. I (again) did not receive any feedback.

It has been 54 days from the start of the process AND STILL NO FEEDBACK!!!
I am still new at the medical aid game, but this is definitely not how it should be. It's pathetic.
