Billed for BIS... cancelled almost 3 months ago

I requested in writing that my Blackberry Internet Service be cancelled on the 4th of Nov. I phoned customer service on the 9th of Nov after receiving a sms indicating that they can't get hold of me. Spoke to an agent, they confirmed this service has been cancelled.

Received my bill end November and I was charged the full BIS service charge.

Received my bill for December and I was still being charged. I have since phoned and emailed several times. The agent I spoke to last confirmed that the BIS was only cancelled in January.

I requested a credit on several occasions. It is not my fault this service was only cancelled in January, I have the proof that I sent an email in November (and several thereafter) Received an email last night stating that they could still not get hold of me on the contract number. I have also supplied another cell number and landline number.

I immediately phoned and requested to speak to Johannes Lekalakala who sent me the email. The agent would send him and email and request another call back as she was unable to put me through.
