I made a call to MTN 808 on 1/1/14 enquiring the suspension of my contract phone while im on a open contrac option and spoke to Mongezi Shabalala. This lady has a very bad attitude and zero costomer service skills let alone knowledge of what shes doing. I wanted to find out why is my phone suspended though im on an open contract with MTN? Even if I have exceeded the limit I am usually able to use my phone and pay additional charges i have accumulated. She told me she cant answer that all she knows is that I have reached my limit and i am supposed to have services suspended. I asked her the purpose of an open contract and why my services were never suspended before? She said she has no answers to my questions all i need to do is to apply for credit increase. My question is why now? If she cant answer to clients then what is she doing there? She decided to go all quiet and i had to speak to her manager cause I have signed a contract previously i never experienced and challenges why should i enter into another agreement now? I had to speak to her supervisor Lindi Ngcobo and had to make an agreement with her to from now on get my phone suspended and want no open contract no moremore
