Cell C
Years of no reception

I've been a Cell C customer for any years and simply cannot make or receive cell calls from my home or office. Some years ago they put a big aerial up but nothing changed. So I have to use my landline to make cell calls and my clients can never get hold of me on my cell unless I'm out of the office. Isn't it time they helped solve this or do I need to port?
