I have phoned into Vodacom Upgrades department for a upgrade 10 times yes ten times and every time its a different story. First the one says I can upgrade the 01st of Jan thenthe next consultant tells me they gave me the wrong information its only the 11th??? They are so incompetant I hadalso a few things I wanted to sort out with them and oh my word either they are rude or they completely dont understand!!! some of the people working in the call center or even the upgrades department you can hear that their IQ can not be to high as they don't understand a word what I am saying to them. Its disgusting to say the least I will be going to the papers and def be cancelling my service with them and make sure all the clients I see on a daily basis hear about their poor performance
