Total lack of customer service from Head Office

Our business mobile number was deleted by Vodacom for no reason at all on 31 December 2013 during our farm's peak harvest time. As a result we have lost a huge amount of business. Three days later and the problem has not been attended to at all and from the Head Office there is a total lack of concern or service. They can't even tell us the turn around time for the number to be reactivated. We are incredibly frustrated and totally disgusted with the customer service from the people who do the work. The sales staff in Worcester tried to help to no avail. At this point I wouldn't recommend Vodacom to anyone!
