Upgrades what a hoax

Why is Cell C upgrades such a terrible experience? I did n upgrade on my contract from Black berry to Nokia Lumia. What Cell C doesn't mention to you is when you do an early upgrade you still have to stay on the old contract for the remaining period of the old contract. So for 3 months I would have to be on a Black Berry Contract with a Nokia phone? Why is there early upgrades if this is the way they handle stuff. This is not my 1st complaint about Cell C and definitely the 1st one on upgrades. Don't know what is going on Cell C?
