On the 8th of May I placed my order for my Samsung Galaxy S4 contract with Cell C. On Tuesday the 21st of May the phone was delivered. Unfortunately I sent the phone back as I specifically wanted the white handset as which I applied for on the Cell C website.

I received a call from the consultant informing me that they cannot guarantee the colour of the phone, my point was that Cell C did not advertise a black phone nor indicate that I would possibly receive a black phone. Cell C cancelled the order which I did not give permission to do as I still want the phone. Now I have to go through the entire ordering process again & I also have to wait another 7-14 days to receive my phone which I feel is total madness!

Cell C should advertise their products correctly and not mislead clients.

Is there any way that Cell C will be able to meet my requirements in a shorter amount of time? I will be travelling to Namibia at 1pm on the 7th of June and was keen of taking my new phone with. Cell C's disappointing service has made me skeptical of receiving my phone (in the right colour) on time.

Very disappointed & upset by this incapable service.
Customer service = 24-72 hours to reply.
