During December 2012 we update my daughter's cell phone contract. Since the first date she was having problems with the phone. We send a letter to Cell C who pass the buck to Black Berry. Black Berry then replaced the phone. Two weeks later the "new phone " start given the same problems. Up till now we are struggling with Cell C at the Northern Cape Mall - Every day there is a new excuse - I just feel I am not suppose to contact suppliers like black berry - my contract is with Cell C and not with Black Berry. I am so dissapointed in the suppliers - poor service delivering and attitude. When we walked in the personnel start rolling their eyes and you can pick up that they are negative towards you as a client - up till now we were polite and never rude. But now I am ""
