To who it may concern, either FNB or Cell
I have had enough of this useless service from both service providers
I move banks to FNB to get the Samsung S4 galaxy with Cell c contract (100mb, 100min, 100 sms, 1gb always on Wifi plus R300 samsung Hub voucher)
after 6 days of continuous calling fnb and cell c, the sim card finally gets activated. but I found some suspicious about it and called cell c. I have been activated on the wrong package.
I don't care who is reponsible for this mess up but I want this sorted asap. I want this escalated.
this is totally unacceptable. I will never recommend anyone to use either service provider.
